Serving up a lively mix of Irish and Aussie tunes — including classic sea shanties like Drunken Sailor, South Australia, Whip Jamboree, and Bonnie Ship the Diamond — Shanks Pony were thought lost at sea in 2020… until now.
Unlike the Fenians’ daring escape from Fremantle Prison in 1876 aboard the Catalpa, Shanks Pony have returned — not by sea, nor by stealth, but by the oldest means of travel: on foot.
